Service Description

Ages 11-14 Thursdays, 4-5:30 pm (IN-PERSON) April 7 to May 26, 2022 (EIGHT [8] classes) **This is an IN-PERSON class taught at our Kitchen Classroom.** This class is for students who've taken classes with Spoonfoolery before, either in-person or virtually, or who come with some at-home cooking experience. Recipes will include multiple steps and longer lists of ingredients, and tend to be seasonal. Strong grasp of knife skills is extremely helpful, and we hope to build on a young chef's overall interest in today's food scene. This session will include many winter favorites including bread, cookies, and hearty comfort foods. IMPORTANT: Recipes may include Top 8 allergens. Substitutions will be made as best we can. Spoonfoolery is not an allergen-free facility. Class meets April 7, 14, 21 & 28; May 5, 12, 19, & 26. Cancellations are permitted up to 1 week in advance of class/event start date. No refunds for no shows for any class during the class session or on single-date event. Any cancellation requested after 1 week in advance of event is held as a credit toward a future event or class session at Spoonfoolery. Credit can also be used toward Online Store purchases.
