Needle Felted Fairy Pumpkin House

Ages 12 and up

Create an adorable needle-felted pumpkin fairy house to add to your seasonal decor in this stress-relieving workshop at Bloom! You'll learn how to build a base structure with wool, the differences between the various wools used in needle felting, and how to sculpt and apply fine details such as a little acorn "porch light," windows and doors, and stems with tendrils. Finished piece is around 5-6 inches. Class price is per person and includes all materials and instruction time. (Due to safety requirements with the needles, this class is for ages 12 and up.)

Krazy for Kombucha!

The beneficial health properties of kombucha abound! From improving digestion to overall gut health, you can't go wrong with fermented foods. And this is one of them! Easier to maintain than sourdough starter, kombucha can easily be tailored to your own favorite flavor profiles by using fresh fruit juices and purees that you can also make at home. Price includes instruction, 1-gallon glass jar and cheesecloth, SCOBY starter and additional key ingredients (a $45 value on their own!). We'll also have a kombucha tasting afterward so you can see for yourself the versatility of this healthy drink!
