This registration is for our Thursday, September 11, 2025 workshop. 6-7:30 pm Teens and Adults, ages 13 and up The beneficial health properties of kombucha abound! From improving digestion to overall gut health, you can't go wrong with fermented foods. And this is one of them! Easier to maintain than sourdough starter, kombucha can be tailored to your own flavor profiles easily with fresh fruit juices and purees that you can also make at home. Price includes instruction, 1-gallon glass jar and cheesecloth, SCOBY starter and additional key ingredients (a $45 value on their own!). We'll also have a kombucha tasting afterward so you can see for yourself the versatility of this healthy drink! Light snacks provided for the tasting, but you can also bring your own.
